Unstract is an open source, no-code platform that helps you automate complex business processes that involve long documents and thus a human in the loop. Unstract is able to go beyond what current IDP (Intelligent Document Processing) and RPA (Robotic Process Automation) systems are capable of achieving by leveraging the latest in AI: Large Language Models.

The easiest way to get to know the Unstract Platform is to build a project to extract structured information from unstructured documents. Going through this exercise should give you a very good grasp of Unstract's capabilities.
