Enterprise SSO Guide — Cloud Edition

Setting up Enterprise SSO for Unstract Cloud involves two main steps:

1. Configure your Identity Provider — Set up Microsoft Azure AD or Okta Workforce as your identity provider by following the relevant guide:

   • Microsoft Azure AD
   • Okta Workforce

2. Configure Unstract Roles — Map your identity provider's groups to Unstract roles to enable role-based access control. For Cloud Edition, this step is performed by the Unstract team on your behalf. Contact the Unstract team to get this done for you.

Direct Microsoft Azure AD (Entra ID) sign-in is on-prem only

Unstract Cloud always authenticates through Auth0. The direct Microsoft Azure AD (Entra ID) integration, which removes the identity broker from the authentication path, is available for on-prem deployments only.
